Hey! I am 15 and weigh close to or at 190 pounds, and its too much! I am 5’7…I should weight 145-155 and I am looking/hopeing to lose 35 pounds or more if possible…-Not gonna push for more then 35 though- Anyways, I wanted to know if there are any webs sites were I can put in my weight and it, like, keeps track of my weight loss? i use fitday.com. you can record everything you eat for each day and it figures the calorie amounts for you! and even better: you can track your weight loss by plugging in your current weight and your goal weight, and see your progress. I like the fact that it will also figure your carbs and fats as well as calories, in case you’re watching those also. good luck!
