    Try a good fruit and vegetable based diet. Please stay away from oily and rich foods. Water therapy helps. Drink lots of water (especially before having food). It cuts down your appetite and help reduce weight. Positive side effect of this is that you get a glowing skin, nicer tummy and a fresh feeling.

    First of all, you are not over-weight – you, like many many of us, might benefit from losing a few pounds, but more importantly developing a healthy lifestyle in terms of diet, exercise and also mental attitude.
    You’re still very young, and i’d suggest regularly excersing, not just going to the gym, but try something you like, maybe dance class, yoga, pilates… something you’ll stick with.
    Then you’ll get results, have fun, and you’ll eat better automatically.
    Don’t put too much pressure on yourself!

    Don’t focus on fat, focus on health.
    It takes 5 steps, when you’re ready.
    1. Eliminate the things that are killing your body: soda, coffee, fried foods, sugar, and anything “white” or “light brown” color. (white bread, rice, pasta, etc.)
    2. Eat fruits and vegetables every day – eat colorful foods.
    3. Walk for 1 hour every day (rain or shine, NO EXCUSES!)
    4. Wake up Early (before 6am)
    5. Go to bed Early (before 9pm)
    That’s it…. so simple it’s almost funny.
    You can follow tons of bad advice about diets and other nonsense if you want…. Man-made food is what’s making you fat. Go natural, and you’ll be thin.
