    last year i started a diet on the 1st of january weighing in at 135 pounds. i reduced my calories from 2000 to 1500. i ate things like porridge, eggs, salads, fruits, meat, fish and that sort of stuf including lots of water. i cut out all fizzy drinks, white flour, added sugars preservatives colours and flavourings, full fat foods..etc…..as for exercise, i jogged for 40minutes 3 days a week, did jump rope twice a week for 50 minutes and did muscle exercsies (weights, lunges..etc…) 3 times a week for 45 mins and did netball for 30mns once a week.. i also gave myslef a little treat now and again when i felt i deserved it. 3 months later i was 122 pounds and i still managed to gain a bit of muscle. i looked very toned, fat free and most importantly strong. i am starting this diet on monday as i really like it and it worked really well. i gained a bit of weight over christmas and my birthday thoughg :/ i would definately recommend doing this as it is healthy effective and makes you strong. hope i’ve helped and good luck :) xx
