
ihave a exercise cycle ,how could it help me, i have to loss my weight in 3months,is there any best way, ihave a small baby so can’t work outside.suggest me abt diet also.

Use your exercise bike and go for walks with the baby in a stroller. Get some workout tapes for cardio and use small free weights for toning. When baby is sleeping, sex is a great form of exercise too, especially cowgirl position.
Eat more fish and poultry and veggies. Eat less starches and carbs = rice, french fries, sodas (unless diet). If you are breastfeeding, you will lose some weight naturally. Increase your water intake for sure.

Go on the internet and research this for yourself. Ive found that walking is the best exercise ever. Add eating healthy and youv’e got it. You can put your baby in the stroller and walk. You both will benefit from being outside in the fresh air.
Sauna belt will not help. Find ways to workout with the baby (going for a walk) or while the baby is napping.
All you have to do is do curl ups,drink water,and don’t have anything that’s not healthy. Or buy an ab machine or go to the gym.
