Make sure half your meals are green non starchy vegs &amp; eat lots of protein &amp; good fats, limit your complex carb portions to no more than your protein portion.</description>

1. Have a limit on what you eat. It’s alright to dig in and eat the food you enjoy but have a limit and try not to over eat. 
2. Don’t be picky on what you eat. You can’t eat meat all the time, you got to throw some fruits and vegetables in there. Try to follow the food pyramid. 
3. Drink water. Water is very important to your body and you got to keep yourself hydrated. 
4. Don’t deprive yourself. You don’t have to cut the food you love out of your life just because it’s bad for you. Just limit the amount of it you eat. 
5. Take one step at a time. Don’t think you can change your eating habit all at once, its call a habit for a reason. 
Once you have started your healthy eating habit, here are some tips breaks it down and maintain your habit: 
1. Take your time eating. You be surprise that you are not that hungry at all. 
2. Eat when you are hungry. You got to eat when you are hungry so that you don’t over eat later. 
3. Try to avoid boredom and stress. When people get bored or stress they eat, pick up a hobby it help get rid of stress and kills the boredom. 
4. Don’t miss a meal. Not eating is one of the worst things you can do for your body. Your body store fat when you don’t eat. 
5. Eat more and never eat late. Eating smaller meal keeps you full. Never eat late cause most people are not so active at night and you won’t burn off the calories you take in.</description>

I just Calorie Count, We burn calorie&#039;s just moving, breathing and typing right now. In a day and your at your age I think you&#039;ll burn around 2500 calories meaning if you eat exactly 2500 calories per day you wont get any fatter or skinnier, Less calories more weight loss, More Calories Less weight loss.
So say if you&#039;ve had alot of junk food you could have ate 3000 calories you burned 2500 that day meaning you put on 500 calories to your body, Meaning you will get fatter
Its the exact opposite with losing weight this way.
So if you wanna do it like me I took my calorie intake a day to 2000 calories so ill burn 500 calories so ill lose weight.
So eat less calories! thats it!
and drink more water. 2L a day but have it over the whole day, Someone has died for chuggin 4L of water.
To figure out how many calories you&#039;ve had go to the box and it will say KJ 230? whatever per serving so say if you had 1 serving of it you&#039;ve had 230 KJ, (KJ is just another way of saying calories its like pounds to KG&#039;s inches to metre&#039;s) To get from KJ divide it by 4.184 So 230 KJ equals 54 calories.
Say if you had a burger 1200KJ/4.184=286 Calories
Meaning you could have 6 burger&#039;s today and still lose weight. lol but that&#039;s with no drink,, haha
water has no calories at all so that is always good.

Oh and Egg,, drunk,cooked however is always good, Its got low calories and good protein so you will feel full for not that much calories.</description>
