I have been researching the benefits of flax seed finding alot of health benefits but wondering if it did anything for metabolism or weight loss,and if so is the a certain type i should buy?

    I don’t know about weight loss but flax seed has tons of fiber which keeps you fuller longer and also more ‘regular’ plus its amazingly healthy or you. A good way to eat it is ground up in oatmeal in the mornings with a little bit of milk and honey. If you get one of those little coffee grinders and grind it in there you can put it in everything

  • Flax seed is good for you but (from memory) I believe this is because it contains certain beneficial Omega oils (good for memory and repairing your body). I don’t thing it is an aid to weight loss though.

    you can try Crevax, it will really make you loose weight faster and it doesn’t have any side effects.

    It’s definately so good for you! And i’m sure does have benefits for weight loss, although i haven’t really read up on that.
    I went to a health food store to get mine, already ground. Although buying bulk is a bit cheaper, you really don’t know how long it’s been in there. I bought an organic kind that was packaged.
    Flax seed is only good in the fridge for about two weeks, and in the freezer for 3 months or more. what i did was get about 10-15 little baggies, put about fourth to half cup servings in each, then put them all in the freezer. taking out one at a time for about 2 weeks in the fridge.
    I add mine to my smoothies, oatmeal, salads, some pastas. You dont really notice the consistency in anything more liquidy, and the taste is just a bit nutty.
