Is There An Exercise That Burns Fat Only Without Building Fat?

I exercise, running or swimming, for about an hour a day. I have a lot of fat (especially on my arms and thighs), but at the same time a lot of muscle (on the exact same places as my fat). I don’t want to become even more bulky than I already am, but I don’t know of any exercises that ONLY burn fat.

weight lifting is the best thing for getting in shape. Just use a light weight that you can do 25 reps 3-4 times on each body part every other day. And on other days run and swim. Allow yourself 1 day out of the week to rest. Drink a half gallon of water a day. Eat 5-7 small meals a day, this will speed up your metabolism and burn fat fast. Muscle weighs more than fat so DO NOT WATCH THE SCALE, you may not lose that much weight but you will lose size. Good luck.
