Get a grip. If you think it will work (unlikely considering your motivation level) buy the da** program.
You don’t wanna pay for a fat loss program that could help you lose weight? Then you don’t have the right mind set to lose weight if your going to cheap out. I would suggest lots of jogging, drinking lots of water, eating veggies and low calorie foods. If you ever decide to buy the program I found a link for you. I used Fat Loss for Idiots and it was worth every penny.
