Low Carb Diet Meals – How To Stop Carb Cravings – Part I

Do you have cravings for carbohydrates? If you have a strong appetite for foods that are rich in sugar and starch, such as snacks, junk food, candy, etc., and if your desires are increasing day by day, then you probably suffer from the greed of carbohydrates . However, if you want to lose weight and live a healthier life, you need to get away from carbohydrates. In this article I will tell you about the cause of carb cravings and what steps you can take to reduce it and live a healthierlife.

What is emotional eating?

The main cause behind CARB thirst is excessive tension and stress. When stressed, your brain releases a chemical called neuropeptide Y. This chemical induces thirst carb in us. Not only that, this chemical is also difficult for us to lose an amount of weight.

You may not be aware, but sometimes you're hungry, when in reality you are thirsty. Yes, the thirst sometimes disguised as hunger. How do I know if you arethirsty or hungry? Just drink a glass or water with lemon and see if you still feel hungry as before!

If you are stressed, depressed, lack emotional, heart broken, or simply feeling bad, then it may be possible for you to fall for the trap called "Emotional Eating". Emotional eating is a phenomenon where people eat foods high in carbohydrates just to soothe their pain. When you are sad, vegetables and fruits do not go to soothe your heart, like a creme brulee maydo.

Sometimes it is possible that you're too happy and still eat emotionally. For example, say one day you excited about the aroma of food high in carbohydrates. Maybe you had eaten there many moons food, but the flavor of the food still haunts you. What do you do? To satisfy your desire, you buy large quantities of the food and start eating – a sure way to earn lots of books in no time!

This is not a good idea to try to satisfy your desire to eat smallamounts of high carb food desired. Why, because if you're sensitive to sugar and if you try to satisfy by eating small quantities of food that you desire box, you will soon see that you need more of the same. This is why alcoholics who want to abstain from alcohol should not drink even a single post. Why? Because PEG triggers the desire to have more and more until it becomes overwhelming and uncontrollable.
