im making a binder for my friend who feels she needs to lose weight. are there any especially important things i should include for effective teen weight loss? thanks;]

    eat a light breakfast in the morning
    either cereal or a grain bar or something.
    stay away from the fatty foods
    chips,chocolate,soda,etc.
    soda is bad even diet.
    If she drinks alot of soda and tends she needs one here and there,
    drink diet.
    If she drinks milk, tell her to drink skim.
    Regular milk is bad for you at some point,
    its very fatty.
    Also, try to have her not drink so much juice like those other people said.
    Juice is full of sugar! and its not good for the stomach after awhile.
    Have her eat healthy at lunch,
    ecspecially if you have a salad bar.
    Tell her to eat small portions…
    -small breakfast
    -light/healthy lunch
    -a snack after school (fruit or something light)
    -eat light dinner
    NO DESERTS EVERYDAY.
    (maybe once or twice a week)
    thats if she eats deserts.
    what also helps is what time she eats. It’s bad to eat dinner really late.
    try to have dinner around 5-6:30. It helps trust me.
    alos, work out.
    everyday when I’m at home I do some simple
    excersise for about a half hour before i go to bed
    (maybe workout an hour or less before you go to bed)
    have her do some crunches, push ups, wall push ups, more crunches, or even dancing if she likes dancing, and theres so much moreee.

    P.S. she has to keep at it for it to work.

  • my suggestion is this:
    try to have a strict diet with fiber and grains with natural fruit juices and complex carbohydrates exercise everyday for an hour and maybe try yoga it may make you lose weight and be confident hoped i helped
    also eat small portions every other hours to keep you from getting hungry , hungry means more eating and no fats fast food or try less fried foods and lots of fish try fish fillets for meals
