Try some spaghetti for your meal plan on the Atkins diet. Not the kind made with pasta, but spaghetti squash.
One cup of spaghetti squash contains 10 gramscarbohydrates; if you remove the fiber, it nets eight years and is an excellent addition to a meal.
Low-carb spaghetti sauce
4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 pound ground beef fried with 2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 cup mushrooms
Salt, pepper, celery salt and garlic to taste.
4 grams of carbs per cup.
Grated Parmesan cheese, 20 grams per tablespoon or 1 gram to 5 tablespoons
Cornericeberg lettuce (1 / 6 a head) 1 gram
Ranch Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 small spring onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Carbohydrates per tablespoon, 05
Dessert:
1 cup fresh blackberries on top with 1 tablespoon of Cool Whip.
Net carbohydrate count: 7.2 grams
Total carbohydrates of this menu depends on the size of the portion you choose. If you want 1 ½ cup of spaghettiSquash, 2 cups sauce, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salad and 4 tablespoons of vinaigrette and dessert are only 31 grams of carbohydrates.
When you choose the meal plans for the Atkins diet, be sure to vary the choice of vegetables. Most meat, poultry and fish contain no carbohydrates, excluding offal, boiled meat, mussels and oysters.
Another popular dish for the Atkins diet is beef Roll Up You need to get started:
Two pounds of round beef, cutSlices ¼ inch thick
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup fresh basil, minced
2 oz roasted red peppers
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 slices prosciutto, sliced thin
2 cups tomato sauce
¼ cup chopped onion
To prepare the pound of lean meat and then sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Put a little red pepper on each thin slice of meat, garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese. Roll each piece tightly and cook in a pan containing hot oil, thecrushed garlic and onion. Brown the rolled steak on all sides. Place steak, garlic and onion in a baking dish, pour tomato sauce on top of the ingredients and cover with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 – ½ hours.
Net Carbs are 7 grams.
Cook a cup of peas and a cup of carrots whole. Add a knob of butter and salt and pepper to taste.
½ carbohydrate per serving: 7 grams.
Iceberg Lettuce (1 / 6 heads) with ¼ chopped tomatoes and chopped stems ¼ celery.
Count 3 grams carbohydrate.
Add bacon ranch dressing previous meal.

2 fresh apricots, sliced Carbohydrate Count 6
Total carbohydrates for the meal if you eat a roll of beef and ½ cup of peas and carrots are almost 20.5 grams.
There are many different foods low in carbohydrates and to choose the main course is the easiest because the meat is low in carbohydrates. When you make meal plans for Atkins> Diet make sure you record the number of carbohydrates in a book. After a few months you have ready made menus at the tip of your fingers.
