    Agree with Russell. Try this for 30 days and see if it helps you. It certainly helped me gain muscle. Lift 2 to 3 bodyparts a session. Lift 3 days a week for 60 minutes lifting each bodypart once a week. 2 or 3 days you aren’t lifting do cardio (running, fast walking, bicycling) for 30-40 minutes. Increase the protein in your diet.

    NO! Do not consume weight gainers but opt for a whey protien powder with low carbs. Weight gainers are for ectomorphs that havefast metobolism, little body fat and cant keep weight on. Whey protein will help you gain lean muscle mass while still enabling you to loose the unwanted fat. The more lean muscle you have the faster your metoblism will be.
