Weight Loss Slowed Down Due To Exercise ….?
ive been going to the gym 3 times a week and manage around 60 mins cardio each time i go ( been going for 4 weeks ), im also eating very healthily with slimming world, but noticed im losing inches and not much weight wise
Im sure this is muscle, but am doing something wrong ?? ive lost 19.5 lbs in 6 weeks, i have a lot of weight to lose around a further 42 plus lbs
I Am 15yrs, 5′ 4″, And Weight 117, Im Not Fat, But I Do Want To Loss A Little Around My Stomach & Thighs?
I would like to know what can i do to get that fat off before summer is here, i am a girl, and i am trying to eat healthier but no exercise, i have already los 8lb, but i want to loss more and do exercise, what exersercise is good for the stomach and thighs??
Is This A Good “meal-plan”/ Diet For Weight Loss?
Hi so my average day interms of what i eat looks something like this :
Breakfast:
Fruit salad:
– 1 bowl of fruit
– 2 tbsp. cottage cheese
– 1/2 dry all bran cereal
Snack:
- Apple
Lunch:
- Veggies
- 2 tbsp. hummus
- 6 tofu cubes (3 cm x 3 cm)
Dinner
Salad:
- 1 cup of arugula
- peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers
- 4 oz. chicken
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Snacks
- 1/2 cup dry vector cereal
- 2 tsp. dark chocoloate chips
Tell me if there anything i should improve on thanks.
EXTRA INFORMATION
my current weight is: 120 lbs
My goal weight is: 110
Exercise= Cardio for 40 mins/ 5 days a week, weights 3 days a week, sit ups everyday?

How Long Until I See Results From Diet And Exercise?
I work out Monday through Friday. I do cardio for about 35-40 minutes a day and include weight lifting for about the same time as cardio. I have also been on a diet. I dont drink sodas at all and i do have a weekly treat but i keep it in moderations. I have been trying to reduce the amount of red meat and eating more skinless chicken. I also use meal replacemen shakes for dinner.
What Can I Do For Exercise When I Am Stuck In The House Because It’s Raining?
I want to get more muscle in my legs. I am going to run 2 miles everyday to acheive this but when it’s raining and i can’t go outside what can i do for exercise? Please don’t say sit ups or push ups! I have tried that! Preferably exercise for my legs but any exercise you can tell me will do!

I travel a lot, and I’d like to have a gym membership that I could use all over the place.
For example, could I buy a membership at the local YMCA and then use other YMCAs around the country too?
