South Beach Diet Info

South Beach is a diet low in carbohydrates, which consists of three phases of the scheme. During the first phase, you're not allowed to eat fruits, grains, starches, or alcohol for two weeks. You will continue to eat this way for the rest of your life. If you notice any weight gain, reduce your amount of carbohydrate intake a bit and instead substitute in different vegetables or a less starchy carbohydrates such asbrown rice.
