Fat Loss? Muscle Loss? What’s Going On Here?!?

I want to decrease in size and fit in my old jeans…
But you see, I’m on this diet…
And someone now told me that being on a diet only makes you lose only muscle fat…
So Does that mean i Wont fit into my jeans ?? =(
My diet:
I use to eat fast food all the time, I’m stopping that and eating healthy now.

You do need some variety. However, having said that, it depends on the type of person you are. I personally am a “routine” person, meaning that I need to have a steady, structured routine inplace to stay on track and stay motivated. So what I do is have the same type of food, but vary the ingredients. For example, I eat salad every day but I use different vegetables each time. I eat fruit, but eat different kinds of fruits each day or few days. For a carb, I’ll eat potatoes one day, then brown rice the next. If there’s something you really like, and it’s healthy, and eating it all the time will help you stay on track with your diet, then go for it. Experiment to find what works for you.

If I Use Weight Loss/ Fat Burners To Help Me Lose Pounds Will I Be Able To Keep The Weight Off Without Them?

I’m looking to lose 35-40 pounds and was thinking of trying a weight loss/ fat burner supplement (after all of the research to decide which is right for me).
