Weight Loss!!?
I weigh 130lbs, I am 5’5 and I have 2 kids. I wear a size 10 pants, and I have a closet full of size 4-6 jeans… I want to weight like 90-100lbs. However I can never seem to keep a diet. Please tell me how to lose alot of weight fast… even if its unhealthy.. please help!!

So far every treadmill that my family owns keep breaking. Even the elliptical broke but I am not sure it broke because of our weight or if it is because my brother keeps tempering with it.

Need Help With Fat Loss?
well, im trying to lose some body fat to get my 6 pack to show, but i dont want to lose muscle in the process. I lift 3-4 times a week, and do a lot of other physical stuff. im 16, 175 pounds and 6 1. i also run at least 3 times a week, normally interval stuff. so all i need now is help with my diet, and supplements. With some research on the internet, it seems that a high protein, medium fat, low carb diet is what im looking for. as for supplements, im talking bout healthy ones here, was gonna take fish oil 2-3 times a day, a multivitamin, with some caffeine and green tea extract in it, and some whey protein. problem is, i dont know when to take these. any help from people who have had this problem before, or reccomend and diet / supplement or even workout, lemme know. thanks for help in advance.
Is It Possible To Have A Healthy Diet Without Eating Breakfast?
I absolutely can’t eat breakfast. I don’t have time and when I do I always throw up. I just hate eating before like 9:00 AM and I would have to eat by 6:30 because of the time I leave. I like to exercise in the afternoon but I’m either too hungry or I just ate and my stomach hurts (I’m not sure if this is because of not eating breakfast). Keep in mind I go to junior high so I can’t prepare fancy hot lunches or anything. So how should I eat throughout the day to give me a balanced diet? Thanks!
