What Is The Best Cardio Machine For Weight Loss???

It depends on what your body can handle.
I’ve taken classes on a spinner bike and when I’m done, I feel a burn like no other and my heart is just pounding. But these classes are intense and can only be justified on how much effort you put into it – you WILL lose weight and you’re likely to fall off the bike at the end :)
Traditionalists will say its the treadmill as running is the most natural movement and is still considered the king of weight loss machines.
But my personal preference and a perfect alternative to the treadmill is the dual-action eliptical. Dual action meaning that there is arm-movement in addition to the legs. All higher end models are programmable which is a nice feature for getting a customized workout suited to weight loss.
Very odd that the other poster said its bad for your knees as any personal trainer at a gym or otherwise would recommend it for that reason! It’s always been advertised as low impact machine, meaning your ankles and joints arent’ pounding away on a surface. I have wonky ankles and knee pain from playing years of soccer and they hurt after awhile when running, but I don’t get that pain on a eliptical.
So in conclusion, treadmill and/or eliptical are the best weight loss machines bar none – its a total body workout as a bike only works your legs. it just becomes a preference on which you like to do better.
