What’s Fitness Routine That Specifically Targets The Thighs?
I’m fairly thin, 5’5 and 104 pounds. But my thighs are disgusting! When I sit down wearing shorts, the fat just spreads.
Can someone let me know what exercise(s) I can do to get nice, tight thighs by the end of summer?

Stopped Drinking Soda… Why So Little Weight Loss?
As of right now I sit at 284 pounds. About 3 weeks ago I stopped drinking soda completely and stopped eating fast food. I am now on water only and I eat at home. I started at 295 pounds so at this point I have lost about 11 pounds, most of which I think is water weight.
I went from drinking 4-6 sodas a day (aprx. 600 – 900 calories worth) to drinking none. I thought that with such a dramatic drop in calories that my weight loss would be more dramatic. I can fluctuate 10 pounds when I am on my period alone so I am really not happy at all.
Did I drop too many calories at once? I am going to work out soon. I had started jogging with a friend but it got really cold so now I am joining a gym this week. Will someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

What Type Of Weight Loss Drinks/shakes Actually Work?
Im not really into the taking a pill and losing five pounds kind of weight loss, it seems unsafe to me. I am about to go on a vacation to California in about five days, and i want to look good in a bikini. Im 5’4″ and i weigh 107 pounds. I just want to loose two or three pounds to look leaner for the trip. Are there any type of weight loss drinks i could use to replace meals or help me loose a few pounds.
all advice is much appreciated. btw im a 15 year old girl if tht helps, not looking for drastic weight loss.
