I’m an 18 year old girl, about 67-68 kilos (147 pounds), 167 cm tall (5.5 feet). How many kilojoules should I burn a day to lose weight? I just burnt 1500 on the bike, is this enough?
Also, can someone train themselves to be less hungry? If you restricted your diet and ate less, would you adapt to being hungry and then proceed to not feel it at all?
