The Special K diet has been strongly encouraged by Kellogg's in recent years as an excellent way to lose weight. In fact, the company states that you can lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. But is it really effective? Is it a diet plan that everyone should try? Here's a little closer.
What is the Special K diet?
