For dinner, you have two Beef Franks, a cup of broccoli or cabbage, half a cup of carrots, half a banana, half a cup of Vanilla Ice cream regularly.

The third day is a breakfast of black coffee or teaartificial sweetener, five regular crackers, one ounce of cheddar cheese and an apple. Breakfast includes coffee or black tea with artificial sweetener, a boiled egg and a piece of toast. For dinner, you'll have a cup of tuna, one cup of carrots, a cup of cauliflower, a cup of melon, and cut half of the regular Vanilla Ice Cream.

Along with the tight food availability for the three days that you have also given to drinking four cups of water or drinks without calories.

Experts are not too focused on this plan. They say the system leaves you hungry for three days you follow and you return to your old eating habits for five days, which does nothing but have people abusing these five days. The diet is 1,000 calories per day if weight loss is not based on the foods you eat, but on a lower caloric intake.
