    I think it depends
    For me treadmill is way easier I can stay on for 10mins and burn 150 calories
    But in 10mins I would only burn 30 calores on the elliptical

    As far as which one will help for weight loss, neither one is better than the other. You only get as much as you put in either way. Most people prefer ellipticals though because it is low impact so it doesn’t give you the jarring up and down motion like a treadmill does. So it is easier to read a book or something during your workout and your joints will be less likely to ache afterwords. Even though you’ve never used an elliptical before, it usually only takes a minute or two to get the hang of it.

    Elliptical machines typically burn more calories for the same amount of time, so I would go with that.
