    Here are a few tips:
    1. You MUST exercise if you want to lose weight and keep it off, so do something every day, even if it’s just a 15-minute walk around the neighborhood. Don’t say you don’t have time for exercise; you have to MAKE time. Yes, it takes time and effort, but you’re worth it, right?
    2. Walk as much as you want, but don’t do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you do, you risk burning muscle instead of fat.
    3. If you do strength training, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. That’ll really help you “tone up.”
    4. Your diet will make you or break you. You have probably learned bad eating habits over time. That’s not your fault, but now you have to deal with it. Make a commitment to yourself to unlearn those bad habits and re-learn better habits.
    5. Eat breakfast every day within an hour of getting up. People who don’t are 450% more likely to be overweight.
    6. Eat six small meals or snacks per day instead of three squares per day or one big meal per day. Your body expends energy digesting your food, so eating smaller portions more often keeps your metabolism running high because you’re constantly digesting food.
    7. Avoid these as much as possible:
    – Trans fat (any type of partially or fully hydrogenated oil)
    – High fructose corn syrup (soft drinks are LOADED with it)
    – Fast food
    – Junk food
    – White sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes
    – The deadly C’s (cookies, cakes, candy, chips, cola)
    8. Build your diet around these trim-body-friendly foods:
    – Nuts, any kind (almonds are best)
    – Beans/Legumes
    – Fresh vegetables (green is GREAT!!!)
    – Dairy products (as long as they’re low-fat or non-fat)
    – Eggs
    – Lean meats (fish and poultry top the list)
    – Olive oil
    – Whole grain breads/cereals/pasta
    – Fresh fruits (anything that ends in “berry” is a winner)
    – Tea (green tea or black pekoe tea
    9. Desserts and treats are the exception, not the rule. Having said that, however, (1) you can have a couple of pieces of chocolate every day – just don’t overdo, and (2) Allow yourself one “cheat meal” every week where you eat and drink whatever you want as long as you don’t gorge yourself. That’ll help keep you from feeling deprived and it’ll make it easier to stick with your new healthy eating plan.
    Good luck!

There are a lot of diets out there, some work better for some people than others. The key is to find something you can stick with, the bottom line is to consume fewer calories than you burn.
Some low-carb diets can get a little extreme, but their focus is on foods that are loaded with vitamins and fiber — not “empty” processed foods, sugary junk food, etc. If you eat natural, real foods that are good for you, and get yourself moving 30 minutes a day, you’ll have a healthy lifestyle and won’t have to worry about being on or off a diet.

This question is asked and everyone knows the answer. Most people just like to delay time by asking dumb questions as apose to making change. You know what you have to do what you can and cant eat. Also in terms of workouts go to any body building web site. As for health, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and veggies, stay away from ALL fast food, yes that includes subway, and drink less coffee, NO BEER or LIQOUR, and your set. Do cardio everyday, find a way! And if you want muscle lift weights every other day issolating a certain muscle that workout. Its easy man just get up and start. Note from experience, the first week is the shittiest, but after that it gets routine. You will cheat, but dont say ahh **** it, say ohh well everyone makes mistakes and learn from it. Its getting gross how fat people are getting, especially these chicks with the fat asses…whats that about?

  • Low Carb Dieting Tip
Your rate of metabolism dictates how many calories you burn. Heredity, gender, age, body size. diet and nutrition, activity level, and your overall health factor in on determining how high or low your metabolism is. It is normal for metabolism levels to lower as a person ages. Because of this it is important to begin stepping up your exercise routines in your thirties and forties.
    Ways to Boost Your Metabolism
Eat Regularly – Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day will give you energy throughout the day–helping you to burn calories. Whereas, calories eaten during larger meals tend to get stored as fat.
Maintain a Balanced Diet – Not only how often you eat is important, but your food choices are equally as important. Nurture you body with the appropriate balance of protein and carbs.
Eating whole foods rather than processed food gives your digestive system a workout that burns calories. For example: choose an apple over apple juice.
Workout with Weights – Building muscle mass will replace stored fat. As you build muscle tissue your metabolism increases.
Don’t Forget Cardio – You need to get that heart rate up and breathe a little heavier. Twenty to thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity 5 days a week is recommended. Brisk walking or swimming are good. Or utilize exercise equipment (exercise bike, treadmill, or elliptical trainer)
Fruits and vegetables are clearly an important part of a good diet. Almost everyone can benefit from eating more of them, but variety is as important as quantity. No single fruit or vegetable provides all of the nutrients you need to be healthy. The key lies in the variety of different fruits and vegetables that you eat.
Some basic fruit and vegetable tips:
    • Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. If you need 2,000 calories a day to maintain your weight and health, aim for at least nine servings (4½ cups) a day.
    • Choose a variety of different fruits and vegetables. It’s easy to get into a rut when it comes to the food you eat. Break out and try a wider variety – include dark-green, leafy vegetables; yellow, orange, and red fruits and vegetables; cooked tomatoes; and citrus fruits.

  • I have tried a lot of different diets. they worked but right after I stopped the diet I put on the weight I lost and then some. I had been skinny all my life but the last 10 years I have been putting on more and more. So the answer was my eating habits needed to change. I read the Kevin Trudeau’s book weight loss cure and I changed the way I eat. I have more energy with out coffee and I look better. I have gone from 165lb in June to 140 today. with out dieting.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc,
