Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I weigh 130lbs, I am 5’5 and I have 2 kids. I wear a size 10 pants, and I have a closet full of size 4-6 jeans… I want to weight like 90-100lbs. However I can never seem to keep a diet. Please tell me how to lose alot of weight fast… even if its unhealthy.. please help!!

    go to fitday.com keep track of what you eat, how much you weigh now, put in your goal weight and try some of the ideas on there,, as always its most important to eat!! dont eat until your stuffed… just until your full!!!!

Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don’t drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories).
