Weight Loss and Fasting – Mastering Hunger

By Diet | Feb 9, 2010

Hunger exists to keep us alive, but it can also become a destructive force that could lead us to distort obesity and even premature death.

One question people who are interested in fasting and weight loss I always ask is whether or not an appetite suppressant working. This led me to a lot of research on hunger and weight loss. The question is: How can I master the hungry and did not regain all the weight I lost through fasting andregime?

Some of my findings are described in this article, and I hope it will give hope and motivation to follow your goals and never give up.

Not a panacea

Appetite suppressants can be "somewhat" helpful to men – but from experience I can tell you they are not a panacea nor fix any hunger pains naturally when fasting or dieting. The only one I'd feel comfortable recommending Hoodia is because it is made from a plant. I suggest that you useHoodia, but no other product that has chemicals of any kind or caffeine – or other stimulants.

Powder Hoodia has been one that has helped me most by "calming" hunger. You can go online and Google "powdered Hoodia" and you will find an ample selection to choose from. What I do is put a tablespoon of Hoodia in a cup – usually in the afternoon – and mix it with some water and a dash of lemon.

It tastes very bad, but this approach is that Ifound produces the best appetite suppression. I also use decaffeinated green tea and seltzer water with lemon to soothe the hunger. This combination led me to 7,14,21,30 and 40 and even 60 day water fasting and juice. It works like a charm. Something about the hot liquid hitting my stomach, Hoodia, and the effervescence of soda water.

Flagellation hungry?

Do not look at the pangs of hunger when you pass by fasting and dieting as a punishment, or even as a torture to beendured (although one could certainly feel that way). Instead, welcome the pain of hunger as a sign clear and indivisible, that your body is working overtime to overcome the toxicity as you want to get rid of.

Toxicity – or worse, at least – cache between your fat cells. So the only way for the body to deep clean is to dig into these cells. The process actually releases these toxins directly into your bloodstream, which can cause hunger rather violentpain and headache, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, diarrhea and fever.

These symptoms – pain and hunger – usually disappear completely in the fifth day of fasting and one-tenth of the water. Therefore, many people feel as if they could go on indefinite fast. Confront your face hunger-to-face and realize that hunger is the same one that will bring you back to your old habits if you do not learn to control it.

A child in a hurry

Many people think it isbad to feel hungry and that any sign of it must be treated immediately. Learn to ignore them. Learning to live with it. Now, please, I'm not saying here that you should deprive yourself of how anorexic. What I mean is that the stomach can be like a child demanding that emphasizes getting what he wants when he wants or he's throwing a tantrum.

The discipline and find your liberty. Try removing constantly, and sooner or later, and you Blindside you back to your pointstarted. The fast and the process of dieting, especially if you're new, is one that can take months or years. In my case, I fasted on and off for a whole year.

I would fast for 21 days, eating for about two weeks, then a month of fasting, eating for 14 days, soon another, months etc. It is formed on the lives of muscles "long discipline" that you will take control of your stomach, instead of vice versa. Many people fast once, breaking the fast, and in a short periodEnjoy all the weight back and then some.

Toe-to-Toe

The only way to keep this event is directly facing hunger and become "comfortable" with it, to the point where the appetite suppressants, diet pills or not, you can choose what you going to put in my body .

The real "breakthrough" is the control of hunger in the long term and be able to say no – no matter how hard and strong my stomach screamed for that particular food that II know the harm. This is true freedom, and it is my sincere wish that you have the experience and health and wellness in all areas of your life!
