Weight Loss/ Fat Burning/ Muscle Building?

I only have access to dumbbells, a bell bar and a sit up bench. Can someone please help me and tell me what I can do with these that will help weight loss/fat burning/muscle gain?
I am 16 and weigh 15 stone exactly. I want to be under 13 stone. 12 would be ideal.
I don’t have a lot of time on my hands due to school being far away and a long journey each day.
Please help. Also I couldn’t be bothered with pointless supplements.

You need to stop eating all the rubbish food and eat healthy. Fish and chicken or lean meat and vegetables.Then exercise is all you need. Run on the treadmill, do sit ups and arm curls with the dumbbells.
Run, run & run!!!!!
