
So I’m getting ready to start Weight Watchers with my mom,and my weight loss goal is about 15 pounds.So I was wondering if you stick hard core to your points, exercise and all that jazz what is the average amount of weight you’ll lose weekly on this diet? I know it may very from person to person but I’m just looking for an average number.
If it helps any I”m a 16 year old girl.

Weight Watchers works, I know a few people who have tried it. You just have to stick to it. The healthy # for losing weight is about 2 pounds a week… so I would imagine it would be something around that as WW doesn’t make you starve yourself, it makes you do it a healthy way.

Weight Watchers has a rough calculation that you should be able to lose around 2 pounds per week and still stay healthy. Weight Watchers is also very clear that this 2 pounds per week starts after about a month or so.
