could you just do a lot of poses that strain? certain muscles and change my diet and lose my belly gut?

    I lost 20 pounds the first month I did Yoga. I wasn’t actually trying to lose weight at the time, so it was a pleasant surprise. What I used, and still find effective, are Yoga cards that Avon sells. The cards come in a cute box and show each position on the front. The back describes how to do the position. I’m not sure if Avon still sells these, but if not there are similar products. It works great just going through the cards and I always did each pose 3 times before moving on to the next.
