for some good exercises, you will need an exercise ball and 5 lb-10 lbs dumbells.
exercise #1 (abs):
crunches on exercise ball, lay on it face up with it towards your middle back and just crunch up.
exercise #2 (back):
lay on the ball face down with the ball towards your pelvis and your feet against the wall. lift your upper body up using your back muscles (sort of like a back crunch)
exercise #3 (chest):
dumbells in both hands, lay on the ball face up, with the ball towards your upper back. have your arms stretched out towards the side, then bring them together above your body. bring arms back down slowly.
exercise ball: $10-20, dumbells: $8-20. hope this helps!
The best all around back exercises are bent over rows – either with barbell dumbells. The key is to not swing. Lat pull downs are excellent for increasing the width of the lats. Upright rows work the entire area around the trapezius and read head of the shoulder. If you don’t have any type of machine to do the lat pull downs and you don’t have a chinning bar – take a metal bar and put it between two chair backs. Secure it and do pull ups with your feet on the ground. Hope that makes sense.
The best all around chest exercises are bench press – I prefer dumbells since you can isolate with them more effectively. Machine presses aren’t bad as an alternative. Upright benches – again with dumbells are excellent. Finally, straight arm pull overs with a dumbell are excellent for lats and chest.
Abs – leg raises from a chinning bar are great for lower abs. Combine crunches with pulling legs to chest are excellent all around. The second of course you could do with no additional equipment.
If you have no gym equipment, your basically left with body weight exercises. But in my opinion, body weight exercises leave you with a much more athletic looking physique, although not as muscular as you could get with gym equipment.
Plyometric body weight exercises are great for functional and explosive muscle, which helps in any sport.
Pushups, squats, crunches, pullups etc are all examples of body weight exercises. There are many variations on all the ‘basic’ exercises most people know to really build the athletic body type. But most important thing is to keep your body fat percentage down, as this is what really allows people to see the definition in your muscles in the first place!
I would say the best workout plan for these muscles inside would be to jump rope or run (stomach), and push-ups/pull-ups are great for chest, back and biceps. The best piece of advice I can give is to keep at it even if you don’t see results right away, building up takes time.

Lay on your stomach and raise your head, arms and legs like your going to fly with an arch in your back. Hold for sometime.. no pro here so I’m not sure how long is good.

Stretching then Cherry pickers, sit ups, jumping jacks, leg lifts etc. Various stretches and movements should be done about three times a week with 30 minutes of aerobic excercise such as dancing nonstop.
