What Are The Best Foods For Weight Loss?

So I am making a list of foods I am allowed to have as a guideline to lose weight. I know oatmeal, lentils, yogurt in moderation, all fruits and veggies etc. Just looking for some foods that are good “negative calorie” or help burn fat. My goal is 30 lbs in 6 months but I haven’t actually successfully dieted for a long time.

Drink Green tea that will help you to reduce weight.
Drink lemon juice with warm water. You can drink this after breakfast, lunch.
Eat more spicy elements like ginger, garlic, onion, etc. in your food.
Jogging & Swimming is the best way to reduce weight.
Try to involve in a game like tennis, badminton, etc.

Boil food is best for weight loss. You should avoid oily and junk food. Don’t take much sugar. Do exercise on daily bases if you have time.
