to be honest, I was my thinnest when I ate one meal a day, whatever I wanted, drank a lot of coffee and walked a lot? I wish I could do that again lol. It really is a choice between being healthy or skinny. you cannot have both unless you are naturally on the thin side.
Running, not eating very much, and throwing up when you eat too much. It works really well.
I lost 30 pounds in like 2 months. Throwing up gets addictive though..I still do it a lot.
what worked for me
i eat 400 cal. each meal
speed walk
drink a lot of water
and i have a diet shake in the mornings
i think its called slim321
None.. does someone know a good methods (seriously) mail me thanks and i mean it seriously so don’t come with stupid methods alright.
following the simplest diet of all times
any thing that taste good bad for you
all that’s good for you taste bad
weight watchers,,,but only temporarily lol
6 small meals throughout the day rather than 3 larger ones.
And of course gym, jogging and walking those dogs of mine
Atkins worked the best for me, but it’s hard to keep up that lifestyle. Jogging works well.

i hate running laps, but they work wonders
