What Weight Loss Program Would You Reccommend To Some One Planning To Lost 20-25 Pounds?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

Atkins, south beach, weight watchers, etc? I exercise regurally but I eat a lot. Every now and then I go off my diet for things like pizza and sweets. I need a diet plan that will keep me from being hungry while healthy at the same time. What do you say?

Here are weight loss plans with meal samples you can try: http://all-about-health-and-beauty.blogs…
my favorite tip: To counteract a binge, keep your body’s fat-burning furnace running on full blast by drinking Green Tea.
Green Tea contains caffeine and the antioxidant epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) , which is proven to boost metabolic rate. In fact, in a recent 3 month study, participants who took Green Tea extract lost 4.6% of their body weight without changing their diet. To get the benefit, drink at least 3 cups a day.
Whenever I ate too much, I just drink green tea and I don’t have to worry gaining weight.
    goodluck :-)

There is no perfect diet plan. Since you know that every now and then you crave pizza and diet, you need to make those a part of your diet.
If you eat healthy food in moderation most of the time and indulge in pizza and/or sweets ( again in moderation ) a couple of times a week, you will be able to stick to it and lose weight since you are exercising regularly already.
Make a plan to indulge in your favorite foods by assigning a day and time ( e..g I will have 2 slices of pizza and an ice-cream every Friday night ). This way, even if you crave pizza on Monday, you can ignore the craving till Friday.
The problem is that people try to be too strict on a diet and that sets up really strong cravings. Then they reach a point where they can no longer ignore the craving and give in. WHen they do give in, they go on a binge and reverse all the calorie deficit they have created before. Sometimes these binges may last for a week, thus putting them further behind.
So focus on eating in moderation and eating two cheat meals a week. I have followed this successfully to lose 35 pounds so far.

You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.
    Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;
Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
    Snack: nuts or fruits
    Lunch: Salad
    Snack again
Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes both exercises and healthy eating plan. It is most recommended one and called as Truth About Abs. Me and my friends use it. Take a look at it and more helpful articles about weight loss, nutrition and exercise from http://www.diettipsandfitness.com/
    Good luck:)

Well, if you’re looking for a fad diet, weight watchers would be the best way to go. They give you well balanced meal plans with a simplified calorie to points system. There are no restrictions in food types, just portion control.
