replacing meals with shakes and things are NOT good for you and hardly ever make you loose weight and they actually constipate you and generally have more calories than real food. (i have been on replacements for months in the past because i couldn’t eat). i would though suggest drinking whey protein drink (it has around 80cals for like scoop which you mix with 12oz of water) and drink that as a snack instead of eating a snack (its healthy, low in cals, gives you energy, and is water based so it hydrates you).

You can either buy some sort of protein powder specifically designed to be a meal replacement or else you can buy a neutral flavored protein powder and use it in addition to other small foods for a meal. Why do you want to replace a meal? A powder drink is not healthy, no matter what the marketing for the company says. Eat fruits, and vegetables, and lean meat. Eat real food. Not chemicals and extracts from a factory. That isn’t real food.
