Don’t want to be a fatty McPatty
i dunno about a phrase, but there’s something you can do to stick to your goals, at least it works for me and its something i do. whenever i feel like not working out or whatever, i look up a picture of like mandy moore or someone in a bikini that looks really good and skinny, and it motivates me, cause its like “i want to look like that, man!!” haha
A moment of taste is a life on the waist. That’s what I go by, and It really works because not only are you thinking about the now, but what will happen in the future, “I want that twinky!” “oh! But I’ll get fat…fatter than I already am!) Then you’ll think of me, and how giving me the best answer was the right thing to do. lol

I am fat, worthless, and disgusting, unless I stick to my program.
I am nothing unless I am moving.
There are those that move, and those fatties that sit.
How much time have I sat today? How much time have I moved? any questions?
My best one was, I do it for me” and how I feel
Also how do I want to look and feel when i am older.
Skinny and fatty were lying in a bed, fatty rolled over and skinny was dead.
“It doesn’t matter how slow you go, as long as you don’t stop.”
