What’s Your Favorite Way To Exercise During The Summer?

And also while on vacation? I’m in China right now so it’s SUPER humid and i seriously don’t even want to go outside. However, I’ve been wanting to lose some weight over the summer and I need some ideas on how to get some exercise without going outdoors to do it. I especially want to lose some weight off my tummy..do you think some good cardio like swimming, or jogging on the treadmill would work? and how fast do you think i can get results? thanks!

there is a lake right by my house so i LOVEE to run around the lake because it’s so pretty and it relaxes me when im listening to my ipod and im just alone running

my advice is that you try to find someplace very peacful or someplace you like and just wake up early when its not as humid and just go for a run! i love running because it makes you feel so refreshed. all your muscles are just relaxed and its just great
i also go running if i want to get away from some problems. so thats my favorite favorite exercise. I HATE CRUNCHES.

Anyway, swimming is awesome and will surely help you with weight loss. Work out from home to an exercise video if you don’t want to go out, (I like Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred).
Exercising and eating healthy everyday will work. You should see results gradually if you’re consistent and stick with it.
