Anyway, swimming is awesome and will surely help you with weight loss. Work out from home to an exercise video if you don&#039;t want to go out, (I like Jillian Michael&#039;s 30 Day Shred). 
Exercising and eating healthy everyday will work. You should see results gradually if you&#039;re consistent and stick with it.</description>

		<description>there is a lake right by my house so i LOVEE to run around the lake because it&#039;s so pretty and it relaxes me when im listening to my ipod and im just alone running :)
my advice is that you try to find someplace very peacful or someplace you like and just wake up early when its not as humid and just go for a run! i love running because it makes you feel so refreshed. all your muscles are just relaxed and its just great :D 
i also go running if i want to get away from some problems. so thats my favorite favorite exercise. I HATE CRUNCHES.</description>
