Why Zigzag Diet Rocks!

By Diet | Feb 2, 2010

A new method and system which is unique to strike the United States is called the zigzag regime. Food zig-zag is a spin off of something that bodybuilders have used for years, and guaranteed weight loss fast and consistent.

This is a very healthy diet that many doctors and psychologists recommend.

The reason why it is so highly regarded because the zigzag diet not only provides short-term weight loss. It also ensures that you do notgain weight back, and your body does not go into starvation mode.

Dieters lose weight without having to deprive themselves of nutrients, food groups, even "bad" food (they eat only what they want as long as they remain in their lots of calories … unless they are on a "cheat" day).

The zigzag diet is switching most of the calories from one day to another. This helps keep metabolism high and forces the body to burn fat faster. People do nothunger or stop eating, they should simply change their calorie intake.

Another important point in this scheme is that as people continue to change what they eat, they do not get bored, as is often done on other more restrictive regimes. There are no specific things to eat, and people can literally choose what they want.

The zigzag diet is much easier to stick to most other schemes, and therefore the scheme has a much higher rate of retentionthan most other schemes. People really appreciate this system.
