just try and never give up -
diet change alone will make little difference to your fat stored on your abdomen.
The best way to burn fat is to start your own exercise regime to target weight loss in specific areas. Exercises such as crunches, press ups, the plank and situps can all do wonders for the abdomen and it will cost you nothing. Exercise morning when you wake up and just before you go to bed, slowly increase the amount you do, include variation and you’ll feel the difference.
watching what you eat helps too, cut down on carbohydrates, drink more water, eat more fruit and protein, you’ll achieve the body you desire with a few basic changes. i hope this helps you xxx -
You cant spot reduce.. But yes you can lose fat in the abdominal area. But also you will lose fat through out your body, which is okay too. Proper diet 6 small meals a day, 30 min cardio and lift hard. Drink green tea, no carbs after 7 and bingo! good luck
