There are many ways to create a zone diet for yourself, which will facilitate lossing weight without losing flavor. Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and a side of fruit
Ingredients for a portion
3 eggs. 2 Separate and discard the yolks.

1 oz extra lean ham.

Instructions for preparation:

Tofo burger with avocado and strawberries

Warm burger and top with avocado and cheese. Spread mayo and mustard and serve hot with a side of fresh strawberries.
Dinner
The recipe for roast chicken with honey, rosemary and Dijon mustard
Serving four @ 1 / 4 chickenused
Ingredients:
5 pounds chicken
freshly
Dijon Mustard
Fresh rosemary, about 3 strands
quarter cup honey
juice of one lemon and zest
4 cloves garlic
an onion cut in ½
The oven is preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the chicken starting with the wash with cold water, taking care to rinse the cavity inside. Use paper towels, pat dry and season the bird with sea salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in a dish largetray.
Remove stems and chop the rosemary croasely. Mix the mustard, juice and zest of lemon with honey in a small bowl. Add 2 / 3 of the chopped rosemary. Brush outside of chicken with honey and lemon glaze. Take the onion half lemon, garlic and rosemary and other things that are deep into the cavity of the chicken.
Together for cooking and baste the bird about every 15 minutes. Bake for about an hour, until all the juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 180 'degrees. Serve hot.
