		<description>take it from me and my experience DO NOT DO REGULAR BENCH PRESSES WITH HEAVY WEIGHTS. your manboobs will look bigger before they go away. what you need to do is get to work on your shoulders and back muscles this will pull on that fatty tissue and they will dissappear. i went through the same crap. they wouldnt go away until i stopped using heavy weights and stopped doing bench presses. stick with the incline and decline bench presses and trust me those ugly things will go away and dissappear. the top of your chest will start to stick out and the bottom will start to go away. no matter what anyone else tells you about doing bench presses dont listen this will not work.
hit the stair climber to really start loosing the fat dont run. run only if you have already started loosing the weight. your knees will hurt and you will not want to do this. just use the stair climber makes the weigh just fall off. i went from about 311 to about 185 of lean muscle in about 2 years. hardest thing ever. cried every time i wanted to quit but good thing i didnt all the chicks started to come aroung and i didnt have enough time for them all. email me and i will get you some more tips if you need them.....and if you feel like you want to quit just think of all those chicks coming around now.</description>
