Easy Weight Loss Using 2-Minute TV Commercials

I'll share with you a tip easy exercise to boost your metabolism and accelerate your weight loss in the comfort of your home. But before I do that, I would like to address a common complaint by most people when it comes to losing weight.
Who complain that they do not have enough time in the day to exercise. It is usually a simple excuse to be lazy, but I'll make it easy for you. I want you to be lazy and watch TV for at least 1 hour eachnight.
Ok? Great. But there is a catch.
During the commercials I want you to do this simple exercise 1. It takes less than 2 minutes of your time as most commercials do not last more than 2 minutes. The average 1-hour tv show has about 22 minutes of commercials during it. So if you use these 22 minutes effectively, you not only get to watch TV, but you'll get your workout in the day.
Now, for the year. The exercise is jumping on a mini trampoline. It is alsocalled a rebounder. You can get a Wal-Mart for about $ 24. This will be one of the best investments you can make. It's convenient, compact and mobile. It does not take much space at all when not in use.
So here's how it works.
Wherever you watch television, simply put the mini-trampoline in front of the TV or on the side. Once a commercial comes on, you can skip it until the program comes back on TV. Before going further, I should mention that you do not need to jumphigh on these things. You only need a small 1-2 inch leap for this great work.
Heck, you can even forget the leap and just move your heels up and down while leaving your toes touching even the mini-trampoline at any time. You do this simply by bouncing your heels from left to right pace.
Obviously, you do not limit yourself to this task during this TV ad. You can use a mini trampoline when you want. There are 2 other ways I like to use it while I'm at home.Before and after I go to the bathroom, I jump on for 1 minute. Another is how I use it while I'm cooking and laundry. There are many "dead time" to do these 2 things. So I fill the dead time with the jump on the mini-trampoline for a minute or two here and there.
There is no timetable that is what makes it so great. One to two minutes here and there throughout the day, when you have the chance to help solve this problem going to the gym. There is no needto stress about getting your workout in. Do it at home.
Simply use the mini-trampoline during TV commercials and whenever you get a free minute or two and you'll be well on your way to lose weight without clogging your schedule to go to the gym.
