How Much Weight Can Be Lost In A Month With Regular Exercise?

How much weight is it possible to lose in a month with the following regiment?
Going to a gym 4 days a weeks, doing 3 hours of exercise per day. Completely cutting all meat products and Soda out of the diet. (Only drinking water, eating fresh fruit, and vegetables). Doing this for one month. The person is female, 21 years old, 160cm (5ft 2″) tall and currently weighs 75kg (165 pounds).
Is this healthy? What kind of exercises should be done at the gym? What other foods should be included/excluded? Should the person also swim at least once a week to relax the muscles? Any help would be appreciated.

    not more then 1-2 lbs a week …anything else is not healthy and if u loose it faster then that it’s more likely to come right back

    Depends on the person everyone is different your body may hold more water than mine you may not sweat as much as me . You don,t need to go to the gym for 3 hours in less you are going to try out for the Olympics. One hour of cardio a day will do the trick. Now your eating habits are another story do not eat any fried foods no soft drinks with sugar in them no dairy products the vegs are great no white bread this is what I did and in 10 weeks I lost 35lbs when you snack make sure it,s fruit if you do this you will lose weight. I will tell you the one thing that helped me the most was giving up the soft drinks I use to drink a gallion a day of coke I will never drink cokes again I run 5-6 days a week for 45 minutes .Good luck and let us know how you do it wont be easy but bad habits can be broken.You will have some bad days that’s OK just keep it to one day a week oh cut the amount of food you would normally eat in half and if you feel like you have to have a coke buy one and take a big drink of it and throw the rest of it away this will really help you becaus e you don,t want to throw your money away.
