There are many ways to look at fat loss and start to wonder, how on earth am I going to do that. It is a question I receive from my clients on an ongoing basis, and my answer to them is always "one step at a time." The key to losing fat is to follow my 3 P to success . P These are passion, patience and perseverance.

You must have the passion to want to lose fat and change your lifestyle. The patience to realize that fat loss andadding lean muscle will not happen overnight. And finally, you must have perseverance so that when you encounter a roadblock, you continue on your path to success.

Now, if you're not ready to commit to lose fat and change your lifestyle, there will be no question of patience and perseverance you have. You know when you're ready to make a change, and once you have this deep love for successfully lose fat, the other two P's is ready to be setplay.

While patience is a virtue, it is also imperative in the fight continues on fat loss. It may take months or years to finally get the goal you have set. This is probably not the answer you are looking for, but it's the truth. One of the best ways to treat weight loss over a long period of time is to use a phrase that the former governor of Arkansas and is used "time will pass anyway, its up how you use it. Regardless of yourpolitically and what you think of the man is a great way to see each day as another day of success.

The ability to persevere is the last but certainly not least the quality you need. Listen, things do not always go smoothly on your way to success. But these are often the ones that you can re-evaluate, make adjustments and formulate a new way to succeed are those that will achieve their goals. Imagine if Thomas Edison had given up his quest to createthe light bulb, among many other inventions, who knows where we'd be as humanity.

There is no doubt in my mind that if you include the 3 P in your mission in fat – loss, you become more successful and find more peace of mind.
