We hear much talk of eliminating toxins from our bodies right now. Well the lemonade diet is just the thing to do. This scheme is only intended to be a diet short term cleaning. Most people stay there for about 10 days. If you've never heard of this before we list how to do it here.
First, if you're going to go on the lemonade diet you should understand that this is a fasting diet which means no solid food. Check with your doctorbefore doing so. Make sure the medicine you need to stay and that medicine, you can safely ignore during fasting.

Your daily nutritional needs will be a daily regimen of lemonade that is made of non-fluoridated water and 60 ounces of it. Mix in 12 tablespoons of lemon juice freshly squeezedlemon juice, organic farming, a total of ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste, and 12 tablespoons of organic maple syrup of course and grade B.
Early in the morning, if you start with a mixture of salt water to flush your system. Ingredients and pour over 6 glasses 10 ounces of lemonade that you drink throughout the day. Some say even the increase amounts to do 11 to 12 glasses per day for the amount of calories to 1200 calories for the day. Alsodrink water from lemonade to make sure you do not become dehydrated.
Many people have reported favorable results from using the lemonade diet to cleanse their bodies. They have seen improvements in their level of blood sugar and even saw their depression improve. They also experienced a marked improvement in blood pressure. It eliminate toxins that accumulate in the body, which helps purify the body. It is a more effective way of deep cleaning of the digestive tractand flush the kidneys out. It is even good for blood circulation.
Having been on this for 10 days (or how many days you about it). Go for it. But to go off of it you need to do just citrus juices the first day and then you can perhaps make a vegetable soup the next day. After that, you can go back to eating regularly.

It is recommended to wait about 3 months between sessions of 10 days of this regime. This will allow you to do about 4 times per year.
