No matter what I do. I can not lose weight.
I can not lose that last 10 pounds.
Why is it so difficult for me to lose weight.
My metabolism is so slow. I struggle to lose weight.
Someone else is losing weight except me.
I do not have good genetics.
I do not want to be big plus.
If only Icould get rid of this fat
I just love food too.
I have no control.
I do not have time to develop.
I can not get up early in the morning.
I hate being fat.
I hate exercise.
I shall never see my abs
I can not.
I'll try.
As long as you continue to think this way, your mind will obey and you will not lose fat. You must think in a positive way to program your mind to lose fat.
Make a point ofthink about what you think. The words "I can not" is not allowed in your vocabulary. Replace these words with words like "I
You will be fascinated by the power of these positive statements. Well, remember losing fat is not only exercise and nutrition, but on training the mind to think positively.
Whatever the mind can think and believe it can achieve. You can get the body you want if you're willing to train your mind to think of things to help your braingive the right messages to.
