Cabbage and chicken soup diet – Recipe and Diet Plan

The cabbage soup diet chicken and achieved its goal of weight loss by drastically reducing the number of calories that are consumed. It is a variant of the famous soup diet cabbage and offers an alternative for those who need more variety in their meals and it is easier for users to stick to the plan.
Recipe:
Cabbage and chicken soup is prepared using a head of shredded cabbage, four stalks of celery chopped, two green peppers, five cores, a 16 oz cantomatoes, two onions, two cups of vegetable juice, two cups of chicken broth, and half a pound of green beans. Sauté onions in a pan (use spray oil for this) then add all the above ingredients and heat to boiling. Towards the end, add the herbs and spices to suit your taste. Simmer until cooked.
Diet plan:
A cabbage and chicken soup diet works best when you follow the rules and eat as much soup as you want for a period of seven days.
Avoid eating bread andalcohol or sugary drinks, like sodas. Drink plenty of water because this not only food but it is important for your health.
Breakfast Day 1:
Mix one cup of nonfat yogurt with vanilla ½ cup chopped fruit salad. This can be dusted with wheat germ.
Breakfast Day 2:
Mix one teaspoon of sugar with 1 cup of ricotta cheese and a pinch of cinnamon.
Two pieces of wheat grain slices of toast.
Three dryfigs.
Breakfast Day 3:
One and a half cups of whole grains.
Half cup of orange juice, preferably calcium-fortified.
Half cup nonfat milk.
Breakfast Day 4:
A small bagel together flour with one ounce of low-fat cheddar cheese melted.
A half-cup of prune juice.
Breakfast Day 5:
One and a half cups of cooked wheaten grain.
A half-cup of nonfat milk.
For days, choose any breakfast in the list above. You can eat any ofThese breakfast dishes each day, and for other meals, as cabbage and chicken soup as you want. Bananas and skim milk may be added to four days. The fifth day, 10-20 oz chicken can also be added to your diet.
Stay on the diet beyond seven days is not recommended. It is a diet to lose weight in the short term (3-5 days).
Concerns:
Due to the low consumption of carbohydrates, sugar levels in the blood will be low, which maycause hypoglycemia. Symptoms include headache, drowsiness, sweating, irritability and anxiety. In this case, eating a sandwich with whole grain bread, a slice of ham and a piece of low fat cheese. Do not use butter or margarine. An alternative is a low-fat cheese and tomato sandwich. If these symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
The cabbage soup diet and the chicken is not intended as a plan of continuous feed, so after one week, you must be ready to move to a safer,more sustainable and healthy food strategy.
