My experience of Eating 100% raw diet low in fat Vegan

I started eating 100%, low fat raw vegan diet May 25.2009. This morning, I weighed 130 pounds. I started this diet for several reasons. I wanted to be healthier. My favorite sport is long distance running and walking.

My 5k races had been getting slower and slower for several months. After much research I felt that eating a raw vegan diet would allow me to run faster. Also due to spinal cord I do not have full use of my arms. I thought my room like thatbody could heal itself.

This morning I ran a 5K in 29:54. My body fat is below 10 percent. May 30, I ran a 5k just under 37 minutes. I attributed this to my body detoxification. On May 31, I weighed 124 pounds. On June 6th I ran a 5K in 37:30 and weighed 122 pounds.

On 7 June I ran a 5K in 37:00. On June 14th I ran a 5K in 36:53 and weighed 119 pounds. On June 20th I ran a 5K in 38:36 and weighed 115 pounds. On June 27th I ran a 5K in 36:31and weighed 115 pounds.

On July 2 I weigh 112 pounds. I had my body fat measured with calipers mail. He was 5.5-6%. I took some measurements. They were:
Size-less than 28 inches
Hips-33-33 1 / 2 in.
Calves-12 1/2-12 3 / 4
Thighs-17 1/2-17 3 / 4
Normal chest-34 inches
My body mass index was 18.1-18.2
Is at a height of 68 inches

I know most of the weight loss was the excess sodium, fat loss and some muscle atrophy. OnJuly 4th I ran a 5K in 35:01 and weighed 111 1 / 2 pounds. On July 21 I reached my lowest weight of less than 108 pounds. My arms and forearms were a little over 8 "My thighs were 16 1/2-17in. My hips were 32in .. I looked like a walking skeleton.

One of the reasons why I lost so much weight because I was not able to eat enough fruit at the beginning. I was pleased about half my normal caloric intake at the beginning, because my stomach is not tight enough. When Ieat cooked food, I eat 2000-2500 calories per day to maintain body weight 130 pounds.
