Swimming are excellent exercises for body and mind

The older I get, I am constantly aware of an unwanted weight gain as well as finding some difficulties in commuting. "It's normal," I said to myself, over and over again, but did not really satisfied, because I hated the idea that my age began to show. Do you hate it when someone refers to you being the oldest?

After struggling up the stairs for the umpteenth time, I decided to make the change, and do so immediately. I started going to the localpool. At first, I felt old, fat and clumsy and was sure that everyone was watching, but I do not care, I had to do something to improve my fitness. At first, I wore holes in the bottom of my feet, the pool is concrete, and because I was not able to swim because of my fever, I had to walk, so I remedy this by wearing rubber shoes reef. Then my eyes started to hurt because of the high level of chlorine, so I put on goggles. So my ear was blocked, so I usedearplugs, and to top it all, time has changed and I had to resort to wearing a shirt LICRA swim, to avoid freezing.

Now, I looked in the mirror, with all of my badges on, nobody would be able to recognize me in a crisis and I am happy because I am in the water and do my "thing" for an hour and go home, and do you know that since I made my stay Fitness by little, I noticed that other people are starting to imitate my exercises, I feel proud to have not onlyimprove my fitness, but I'm proud that others think that I worked in a joint exercise effective enough to follow.

So I suppose there is a moral to my story. "Do not be afraid to be yourself" My self esteem has increased since I started my pool exercises, and I can feel myself becoming an editor, even to the extent that I can do some laps on the arms, and manage my breathing. So take the leap, jump and enjoy all the benefits that Being healthy can make.
