Emergency Weight Loss – How to lose weight quickly and safely

"Sound the alarm! I need a weight loss plan emergency!"
Two weeks before her wedding, my sister yelled, "The hell with your diet … I need to lose weight and lose now."
Unfortunately, we are accustomed to instant gratification and application at any time. With the loss of weight, it can not happen immediately. Yes, I can show my sister how to lose weight quickly, but I can not guarantee that it will stay off.
And is not that what this is? Weight aside and do not require a diet in the first place – it's your goal.
Rapid weight loss is not a solution, but rather, is the problem. Trying to lose weight quickly causes physiological changes that promote weight gain, the exact opposite of weight maintenance.
However, people like my sister, I want to lose weight quickly. So there is a way to quickly produce weight loss> and does not promote weight gain future? Not really.

Quick Weight Loss Plan
It's the same plan that I published a few months ago. It works. You will lose weight fast and if you diet right after, you'll keep.
UrgencyWeight Steps> Loss:
One week, part one – drink a protein shake supplement everyday. Do not change anything else. Drink a protein shake which is a 50:50 mixture of whey to casein proteins. The best time to drink the shake depends on your physical activities.
As most bodybuilders know what to do, I move for the rest of us, a protein shake between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner. The time you choose depends on when you have the longest period of fasting. For meit's between lunch and dinner, so my shake comes around 3pm.
Week One, Part Two – Starting an exercise program, with the first week involving nothing but stretching major muscle groups. Stretching increases the tonal stimulation to muscles (tone) by making them burn more calories at rest. Moreover, it protects against injuries.
Week Two – Start scheme by replacing half of a meal with the same protein shake last week. To do this, for one week.
Week Three – Replace one whole meal witha protein shake. Change the mixture of whey shake for 60% and 40% protein casein. For most people, this comes to about 500 fewer calories.
Week Four – Reduce caloric intake by another 250 calories. I suggest adding a second protein shake, consisting of the same 60:40 mix and use it to replace half of one meal.
Note the amount of weight you lost. Never let to a rate of more than 4 pounds per week (which is double what I normally recommend).
WeekFive – Repeat week four.
Week Six – Add the last 250 calories you dropped and stop drinking the shake second.
My sister tried it and lost weight just in time for his wedding. Did it away? No.
