I see that sugar just as bad as fat, and sopeople tend to ignore and neglect. In addition to this, I suggest you stay away from diet soda all products and anything else with an artificial sweetener. Essentially the same thing, and tricks your body into thinking that it have some sugar, which the same result. That's why you see so many people drinking diet sodas all day – not to be rude about it, but it does not work!

The second thing I suggest you do is lift weights at least four days a week. Thecombination of weight training and do what you do to burn fat is absolutely brilliant. I did this for over eight months now, and my results were just phenomenal. Looking for the best I've ever watched in my life at age 28, and I feel really good.

These things can be done at any age. I intend to continue as long as I can, because I love what they have done for me.
